Lotsa Pizza last night and low on the water consumption. The food weight will come off over a day or two, but I need to keep the water intake on weekends consistent with the weekdays so the body doesn't sense the reduction and retain it.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
