Day 6 was ok. I ate all foods allowed by the Induction phase, but this time, I didn't lose much weight. I guess this was bound to happen since I've been losing weight so fast on the past couple of days.

Today I have a BBQ, so I'll have plenty of protein to eat! Hopefully I can scavenge some foundation veggies too.

Sticking to it on the last day of the first week!!! Woohoo!
218.5 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 86.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
