Starting over. I have no excuse for gaining weight again. If this journey were easy we would not be her for support. I am starting over for myself. I have until May 19th to lose weight for my next Disney trip. I want to lose 60 pounds. 196 days. That means I need to lose a little over 2 pounds a week. I am going to do this!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
