Day 4 was also great! I did skimp again on vegetables, but that is because I was not home for dinner until 11 pm. Then I didn't feel like eating anymore.

But this morning, to my great surprise, I weighted in at 99.9 kg! I'm back again under the 100s!!! So happy for that!

This weekend, I'm going to my friend's house. Let's see if I can keep Atkins over there! (at least on Sunday, we'll have a bbq, so I'll have plenty of protein to eat!)

Onwards with day 5!!!
220.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
