Lost 6 0z. Not great but alright. Was hoping for more. Got my new menu plan today. Protein increased by one, but smaller portions. Also, starches increased to 4, dairy and fat increased to 2. Don't know how I'm going to handle this change because I was doing fine on the other one and getting used to fitting everything in. I'll give it a try and see what happens.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Gosh!! Sounds like they've added a ton of extra food to your plan. Hey it might be so much better than you think. Good luck and be glad you went down and not up =)

You can do it. I have been on it for about a week (different amount of servings though) It will take you a couple of weeks to get used to the new serving sizes and amounts. Actually though you will feel more full....and there are more foods allowed. The focus is on fiber which you really need anyhow. You can do it!!! :D
