I am pleased with my wt. loss. This motivates me to exercise and diet.Today I am starting a new workout with weights and ball.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's great! Just remember when you start any new exercise, your muscles can retain water to help them heal. It can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or small loss. For every pound of muscle you gain, you will burn an extra 50 calories a day. I thought that was pretty great.
