Because of a busy lifestyle & short on money, I have cheated & feel guilty.I have ate out alot & settled for what a friend would buy or share with me. Pizza was one of the items. We were all at the beach. Restaurants there are expensive. I did alot of walking though. Since I have been home, I haven't been walking much & have lost interest in salads.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Don't beat yourself up to much. Jump back on the wagon, make better choices for you. If your friend wants to buy you lunch again, speak up for yourself and ask her to buy a grilled chix or something. I too get tired of salads so sometimes I eat some protein with steamed veggies drizzled with lemon with a sweet potato on the side...good luck

have a can of green beans and a can of tuna. Not too expensive but does work and remember to look for local laid eggs they can be so inexpensive... I found some at my local expensive icecream dairy store for $1.50 a dozen organic feed free range chicken laid. You are doing the best you can in this situation and you seem to be holding your weight and not gaining. I would like to see you walk for a least 20 min a day to help prevent osteoporosis and to get your blood flowing. I also find this helps with depression, keeps me from getting into a funk when I am low on funds. Hang in there.

Hi...weebee and dooley gave you some good advice. IMHO sounds like you're making excuses? Eating in is much less expensive than eating in restaurants...and also healthier! Try to get 2 fruits a day, lots of green stuff that doesn't have to be lettuce... get creative and play with your menus:)) If you need some ideas, just ask. Here with ya girlfriend! {{{hugs}}}
