so, I shouldn't have had zaxby's last night. I am really sore, how do I get up and go to them this morning?? I know being sore is a good thing but damn it hurts!
210.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
