After having consumed wayyyy too many cashew last night, and a couple of hot dogs, and...well, you get the idea...simply put, it was a bad food day all around, so it seemed appropriate that I should skip tonight's Strength Exercise for a second round of Cardio. A third is on tap for tomorrow morning, provided my schedule will allow. Totally gotta make up for it. Classic example of three steps back...to get one step forward.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
