Finally below 69kg again. So glad, but know that it can spike up again next week. Have been good at food tracking and did 200 minutes of exercise this week so feel good. If only I could keep it up for 3 more weeks and get to my goal. Will try.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
