Hoping to lose another 10 kilos before Christmas...This does not feel like a diet anymore :) Rather a routine which feels normal and natural. I don't even miss the wine anymore - haven't touched a drop since we got back from hols a week ago and it is no effort to go without at the end of my long day at work.
Tomorrow will be a challenge as I have a day off and am going to visit my sister...I think drinking at social occasions is going to be harder to abstain from, but figure I haven't got much of a social life so it shouldn't impact too badly on my weight loss goal!
