Dropped, but I ate less than half my calories for 2 days as I felt terrible. Much better. Regular diet today.
Took Lasix and Potassium as it’s been a few days.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
