I had a rough weekend. Went off my diet completely! We were at the ballpark all weekend and it was my birthday on Sunday so, I just ate whatever I wanted to. I am back on track today!
212.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
