I did the 1st cycle of the EFS and followed the plan almost to a tee. I did fall off 1 day and had 2 slices of pizza with my daughter. But I was still able to lose 4lbs in the 1st week. Since I am recovering from achilles tendon repair surgery, i am not able to do the kind of exercise I would like to, but I have found the eliptical machine is my friend and I am able to get on that for about 45min each day and do 10min of the stationery bike. Wish me luck for the next week of cycle 2.
