Worked out quite a bit this past week and went for a really long hike one morning as well. Two and a half pounds down is nothing to scoff at, and hopefully there was some lean mass gained as well. One trip to a buffet during the week and I actually kept myself in check...though I don't think I've ever eaten so much spinach and broccoli in my life.

The goal for this coming week is to get into the pool as long as it's warm enough outside. Being in the water should certainly help alongside the exercise. Gotta make that push for sub-240lbs!
245.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
