Yay! half of the week is gone.
This giving up smoking thing is hard at times like this. I'm hungrier than ever, and no, it's not anxiety. Nicotine actually suppresses appetite. So while I was fine in between meals before, I find myself hungry very soon after eating my meals. I will have to introduce a couple of snacks to my WOE or I won't be productive at all.
Now, for the anxiety part. I'm craving sweets, I thought that was over. But now, here we go again. I bought some sugar free candy, 10 to 15 calories a piece, let's hope that works and I don't go crazy with it.
