Whew! Dodged a bullet. Thought for sure I was going to have raise this week. Worked my butt off the last two days and it paid off. Got my Mother in-laws B-day party tomorrow at Chinese Restaurant and everyone coming over here for desert afterwards. Back to back weeks of temptation is going to be rough. I have to make sure it ends Saturday night and don't continue for a couple of days like last week.
310.4 lb Lost so far: 80.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just get a dish light on sauce and instead of rice eat it over the stir fried green beans.

Nice sugar reading! And good plan for the weekend. Enjoy it and then get back on track as soon as possible. Never feel bad about letting yourself eat what you want to every once in a while. I find that feeling bad just causes a snowball effect which causes you to over eat afterwards. Be happy about being about to enjoy tasty foods and then be determined to get back on track! I hope you have a great time.

Thanks Hwsherlock. Because we are going to a buffet restaurant, I can make my plate with a number of things other than rice. I usually fill my plate with Chicken & Broccoli, string beans, shrimp, beef, etc. My down fall is usually the desserts they have.

Thanks Jim, I am happy with my sugar readings. Didn't exercise until around 9 pm last night, so that's why I think my sugar was 88 this morning. But my numbers are still staying within acceptable without the meds for the last month.
