ok so I feel like I have been slipping in the tasteing department more like for some reason I have been wanting cookies, so Its time for me to get accountable so I dont fall back in to my bad habits again , so I'm back to journaling and counting calories about 5 to 7 lbs to lose,...... Ive come to far to slip up ....
