wow. the heaviest i've been after a diet cheat day in quite a while. the biggest gain. but i really binged quite a bit. i'm not concerned, but i do need to dial it down a bit. the biggest problem was i chose taco bell as my dinner. and while it was "tasty", it's pure garbage. it's not real food. so, it satisfied that itch for a long, long time. it's going on a year since i've had mcdonalds, looks like i'm good on taco bell and don't need it any more.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
