Yfritz has inspired me to quit smoking. So I'm going to get started on that 😄 going to replace smoking by chewing sugar free gum. Let's hope it works.
I went to my nutritionist yesterday and she was very happy with my loss of 5 kg since the last visit. She asked me what I was doing different and it is just that I started working out.

You can do it. Just think smoking not only causes cancer, but puts you at higher risk for a heart attack and stroke
