Coming clean if the damage done since my procedure. But, have committed to counting kcals to reduce by 10 lbs I’ve the next few weeks. Trying to keep under 1500.👍🏻
236.9 lb Lost so far: 56.3 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
