I was discharged at 10:15AM. All is well ☺️ Except I feel like I wrestled with that gator friend of yours😆

Yago, gracias por preguntar. Estoy bien rehabilitándome del procedimiento de ablación. Necesita permanecer bajo un par de días más, pero comenzará a estar activo tratando de perder libras (10) el lunes. (1 semana de post). ¡Espero que tengáis un fin de semana maravilloso! 

Me alegra leer esto TJ llevó implantados dos Stents, conozco algo el tema, buen finde, Un Saludo. 

Yago, espero que tus stents hayan demostrado su valía y la vida sea mejor para ti. Esta fue una ablación # 3 para ayudar a reparar la AFIB. Este será mi último 😉 . ¡Que tengas un gran fin de semana lleno de diversión! 

Gracias TJ a ti te lo han hecho para regular el ritmo cardiaco, a mi por infartos, los dos tocados del corazón, y no son mal de amores. 

Good morning TJ. I am going to start logging my intake again today. Do it with me if you can👯‍♀️ Absolutely no pressure. My goal for the day is 500 kcal deficit. Hope you’re recovering well. 

Good morning YF! Let’s make this happen! Need to get a true grasp on my kcal expenditures each day, and then my daily kcal intake will make sense. Right now I’m like a read in the wind, blowing this way and that. Oh look, 🐿️!😆😂
