I was feeling good about this week and BOOM NO changes. OK OK I will try harder this next week. I just want to lose all this weight NOW!
235.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just because your don't see the changes on the scale doesn't mean there aren't any changes occurring. You can lose body fat and not see the scale move.
