Unhealthy day yesterday. But went to the gym this morning and have been healthy so far. Hopefully if I go out to dinner it won't be too bad. WOOHOO.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
