fluid is finally going away. still retaining some. exercise class has be challenging this week as well as rewarding. Praise God!!!!! plan to keep at it rhe rest of the week without my trainer until we meet on Monday. Temporary Pain= Long Term Gain(or should I say lost in this instance)
