Woot! Jumped back up by 5 lbs in one week with that last caloric increase. Looks like things are back on track, and my lifts in the gym keep going up. I have three more weeks of my strength/hypertrophy cycle before dropping down into my final 3 week pure strength cycle. I haven't decided if I want to do 6-4-2 wave loads on the main lifts, or 4 sets of 2-3 reps. I will play around with volume and the such to decide which intensity method I want to pursue.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
