hmm.. Tried the scale I 3 different locations. Gotta keep this trend going.
195.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
You should always keep the scale in the same place for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. Sometimes if the floor is uneven in places it can cause the scale to get different readings. A hard level surface is best. And always weigh, same clothes, same time, same everything for most accurate reading. It will change all day long.
