Inflammation down and weight. I want to go below my lowest weight of 186. Fasted 20 hours.
Think the IF 8: working! 4 days in a row steady or less. I’ll take it! It’s usually down one day then up usually 2 I’m sticking with it.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well 5 days of no gain is great. Today inflammation up. I have to figure out the cause. The drs can’t. It’s not just my lower body-it’s body wide. Life! My motto-Neber give up-Never stop smiling!💜 Thanks!

Agree💯. I really started caring for my mind, meditation, yoga, stretching, and I do a Cherokee prayer ceremony and it’s cardio. I’m not stopping! My dietary changes have put ALL of my rheumatological diseases in remission except Sjogrens. I have thyroid autoimmune, but the dr is reducing my steroids so that should help the inflammation. 2 thyroid autoimmune diseases are also in remission. I do a lot of natural healing. I am reverse aging. I’ll be 65 soon and I may do like a pin up picture. Not the weight I want, but the next year or two I hope to be in a two piece again. If I could swim daily, I’d be rocking that now! Water heals everything for me. Have a gorgeous day! 🌻🌹🌺🥀

You are doing well for yourself and natural healing. Progress pics are good for us to see where we were and help us get to where we want to go. I know you will get there!:)
