There we go. It’s my day to take Lasix and my face is puffy so I did. Regular diet today.
190.8 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ladix works. I don’t like it. I get a migraine and feel awful. Life.

Sorry to hear that! I took meloxacam a few days awhile back and had a bad headache and extra bad heartburn so I stopped that real quick. I am super sensitive to meds so I try to stay away as much as possible.

I hear you. I have some chronic issues and inflammation is definitely one. I only take 6 rx pills daily down from 14. I’m convinced meds will kill you. I always try to stay happy and positive. Life is too short to ge upset, angry, etc. I started this 3 years ago, lost 14 lbs and stayed there a long time. I gained 20 bavk and now I’m back to losing all of my excess.
