Another half a tick. Great workout yesterday with 40 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), then an hour of weight training. Feeling it today.

Hunger remains low and abated now that I'm in week 6 of high fat, low carb Ketogenic eating plan. Such a new feeling to not be obsessing about food all the time. Wow, what freedom!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Right there with you, it almost feels like the chains of eating have been severed, no feeling that panicky gotta get something in my gut, stomach screaming that my throat has been cut feeling that makes you binge out on whatever you can lay your hands on, great feeling! Freedom indeed!
