It felt so good to get back to the Combat/Flow combo last night. I've been away from Body Flow waaay too long. It's a work-out in and of itself, but it felt good to leave the gym somewhat cooled down as opposed to still glistening from Body Combat.
Tonight I was going to try out Pitaiyo, but I need to go home and make dinner so I have left-overs for work this week! So it's just Sh'Bam and weights. Tonight is my fun work-out night! And tomorrow is my rest day since I have my chiro appt. I think my body could use it.
