YEA!! Another 2 pounds gone...you are unstoppable!! Keep up the good work. This week goals...move, start some form of exercise on a REGULAR basis...not one or days a week!! And DRINK MORE WATER!! Eat more veggies. 170's are just around the corner...imagine that!!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
