I truly believe water intake is one of the major factors in losing weight so i am really looking forward to this challenge. I have never been this close to my goal, and I hope I can do it this time. I've found that punishing my self for messing up is just an excuse to quit and remind myself that who is really being hurt by quitting. We need to stop thinking negative and think positive, because I am and YOU are worth it. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!
