Hi I'm Liz and new to this program. My doctor recommended this site and I am glad she did. I have always been overweight most of my life. I would lose some and then gain it right back plus. I am hoping that the reality of seeing what I eat with the amount of calories is enough of an incentive to cool it. So far it has. I am looking forward to getting buddies for help and hopefully helping someone too.

Changing More than the Scale
It is a good day when the food does not overwhelm us. Positive thoughts are just that positive! Went to the rec center and worked out this afternoon. So glad I did.

Group of One?
Hi I am 53 and starting at 50lbs in the beginning, once I reach my goal I can reset it. Setting myself up to win not lose. Keep a positive attitude
