today was a long day. i weighed at the doc office, and lost 5 lbs per their records. unfortunately, my scale at home was lighter. i brought the weigh in to match, so it looks like i had a bump.

i bought new running shoes today.

i had two nasty spells of IBS, had to take a shower and change clothes in the middle of the work day. no work out because i had to adjust my time and work late.

coming back to work from vacation - 154 emails and several people tattling over what my people did while i was away. makes me what to go away again.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 155.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
