Clearly...not doing well! Started a walking/running program to see if that would help...did it for about a month, enjoyed it for the most part, but didn't lose any weight and now can't continue because it seemed to have really aggravated my right knee. So, just trying to get back on track with calorie intake after way too many parties and special occasions where I've eaten too much yummy. but high calorie food!!
