I am very happy to have lost a whopping 6 pounds the first week of my diet. I did not veer from keeping myself under 1400 cal per day following the Weight Watchers plan for meals but also because of Fat secret plotting the calories. I do not expect to lose this much next week. This was a fluke as often happens the first week on a diet.
However I really really want to lose 2 lbs a week for the next 2 weeks if that is possible for me. Starting my second week witha good attitude!
195.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
