Start of a new challenge--45 days. I seem to do okay for the most part, but when I don't have these challenges to keep me on track, I let things go. So, time to continue on.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 66.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
