Back from the doctor with the results of my final Lipid panel & Whole Foods Plant Based diet (old stats listed first for comparison):

MARCH 2022: Total Cholesterol: 206 Triglycerides: 124 LDL: 130 HDL: 51 Ratio: 4.0 Weight: 128 lbs. BP: 88/62 A1C: 4.9
SEPTEMBER 2022:🏆 Total Cholesterol: 164 Triglycerides: 98 LDL: 95 HDL: 50 Ratio: 3.3 Weight: 137.5 lbs. BP: 92/62 A1C: 5.0
My doctor was more pleased than I was, as she wanted to put all her patients on my diet. I was just annoyed and disappointed that I didn't hit my goals of LDL=70 and HDL=60. So I'll just keep on, keepin' on until doc orders the next test in a year. There's nothing to do to improve my diet; just do more regular cardio and drop the remaining 19 lbs.
