ate a little too much yesterday..ugh..prayers welcomed 🙏👍🤗

260.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb. Still to go: 25.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

How exactly would you like that prayer worded? What would you like us to ask him for? So he hears our prayers android decides to intervene on your behalf. Are you going to accept what he offers you and get this done after all these years of praying about it or are you going to shine him on? If I pray for you are you going to do your part?
