I have lost 3 kgs. But most of that would be the bloated tummy I had from my period and excess water.

Started back on my water intake. It needs to be cold otherwise I won't drink as much. I've only eaten an apple so far. Trying to work out what to have for lunch as there isn't much in the house food wise. So i'm kinda stuck on ideas.
224.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 114.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
