Inflammation and weight down. Let’s hood it doesn’t go up so much tomorrow. I’m counting on IF to work. Fasted 18 hours.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Happy September! Thank you for the support. The inflammation goes up every other day. Since I’m doing IF, it really is going down. I hope to get under 190 by next week. My lowest weight so far was 186. I am ready to get way below that! Habe a lovely evening! 🌻🌷
