Yahoo! Lowest weight that I can remember weighing since my 20's. I feel very good, except I'm worried about my body becoming "used" to these lower caloric intakes (1500ish), and gaining weight rapidly if I ever start to eat around 2200 again. 2200 is supposed to be my "losing weight" BMR. If that is true, I would think I would be losing weight faster than I am. I just hope I am wrong, because when I break through 200, and reach my goal weight of 195, I would like to be able to eat the 2200 - 2500 calories a day, without going back up in weight. Time will tell though, and I am in this for the long haul. It is, what it is, and I like feeling in control of my weight and health. Being as how I like food, I am hoping I will get to eat a little more than I am right now while losing weight though. Whatever, though, I like my body image more than any food, and I am very satisfied with my decisions and progress. I hope all of you are accomplishing that which you have undertaken. 207.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
