Like a month without eating right or being active causes 8 pounds to come right back! Where did you go motivation and control?!! WHERE!!!!????????? :( I am feeling ready to start again, but can I do it?! I hate working SO HARD and then giving up SO easy and competely blowing it as I do EVERY TIME!!! UGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like if I had something to look forward to? A reason for a goal? But I don't.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

look in the mirror...and remember how you looked when you first started...your changing a lifestyle ...your changing your eating habits..and your starting an exercise program that your body just doesnt want to stick with...its an everyday challenge..one that anyone can do, once you change your mind set and decide whats important to you...once you decide its time to get into that healthy mind set once again...

There is a good reason for setting a goal and reaching it - it will give you so much pride in your accomplishment that it will work as an incentive to keep on going. I have cut my goals down to 5 pound increments. At first I was reaching for the sky and it seemed impossible. Small goals add up to big ones. Don't give up. Talk to yourself about the reasons you want to lose weight. Daydream about how you will look. Pretend to yourself that you are slim and svelte and just can't possibly eat that much anymore. Role playing really can work. Imagine what you want to be like intensely enough and it will happen. You can even use someone you know and admire as your model. Hang in there!
