Good evening everyone. I've been struggling lately with maintenance and it was suggested I drink more water so I've added 32 oz extra and it seems like that time of the month where water weight is extremely high. 138 lbs. High!!! I've also been told not to keep weighing myself, it's how I look that I should focus on. I don't look any heavier, thank goodness. About to join a gym for extra support as I continue to work Insanity and T25 at home plus added the 12 minute ab workout to my schedule. I feel like I need to do something different... still. Not giving up!!! Although I feel like it.
