August 31, FINALLY got back to the gym. Last time I was doing OK, then went on an extended vacation across the US. Starting all over is really the "pits" but it is better than letting yourself go.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
