challenging week this week. fridge died over the weekend, so meal prep was cancelled. then, electricity went out, so meal prep further delayed due to electric stove top usage affected. so, resorted to wraps and whatever else I can utilize this week. also, exercise affected x 1 day due to responsibilities of dealing with household during power outage. this is not a complaint, we have a lot to be grateful for. I'm merely journaling for retrospect.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
