Whoopie! Couldn't believe it when the scale read 232 this morning - I did practically starve myself yesterday, but it was still a surprise. I'm buying myself a bead for my bracelet (not Pandora, but similar style only cheaper) for every 5 lb loss, so this morning I stopped in and got my first weight-loss bead!!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
