Ugh inflammation up
Took Lasix and Potassium
Regular diet today IF
194.2 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always keep going no matter what. The inflammation makes me sluggish, but you can’t keep me down long! Habe a great rest of your day! 💜🌈

Thank you! It does make you tired for sure. I can relate. I had to stop my script. It was making my chest burn. I asked my doctor to see a specialist. He mentioned rheumatologist.

They have zero idea why I have it. All of my autoimmune issues are in remission! Hood they find your cause.
