Hello and Happy Saturday FS!
Back down some. Even though I enjoyed a treat at my Granddaughter’s 2nd birthday party. Such a fun day! Although, today is her actual birthday. 💕
Please feel free to scroll on by as I’m going to vent. I’m still having phone issues. I’m so frustrated with Apple. On Friday, and after receiving my new phone that is doing the same exact thing as the original phone, using my husband’s phone, we call our provider after we upgraded our plan as several techs indicated our plan was old. Still the same issues. Then called Apple Care and talk to approximately 14 different people and each time we had to go over everything. That tech referred us to a Sr Tech that would call within 48 hours and assured us that they would be up to speed on the issue so we wouldn’t have to go through everything again. Well, that Sr. tech called back within about 10 minutes…and was clueless. Needless to say, I lost it. Not a pretty picture. Anyway, she transferred us to someone else and I left the room but my hubby, who remained calm the entire day, explained things again, went through settings with the tech and finally just quietly ended the call. He had had enough. We were on the phone two hours with the provider and over 4 hours with Apple … just Friday! During the process, Apple provided us with a loaner. No issues with the loaner but also not the same model as my phone. I’m ready to throw the 13 mini in the lake…the second one. I have to send the first one back to get our $700.00 back that Apple required to guarantee receipt of the phone back. So, no resolution, no customer satisfaction …. not sure they have that department. Anyone, I’m quite frustrated and annoyed. Thank you for letting me vent…it’s helped. Now, I can breathe… 🧘♀️
